The ATP – the UK psychology teachers’ association – welcomed psychology teachers / educators from the UK and beyond at their 2026 conference at Winchester University. Participants enjoyed three days of inspiring workshops, keynote lectures, networking and social events. A stellar lineup of speakers presented on topics from independent learning to research methods, providing ‘cutting-edge insights you can take straight back to your classroom’. Feedback from participants every year shows that the ATP conference always offers excellent professional development, including subject updating, pedagogical research and workshops.

As part of the conference exhibition, EFPTA representatives Mairi (Scotland) and Harriet (England & Wales) held an EFPTA stand and display providing information about psychology teaching across Europe to conference delegates, plus feedback from the Ljubljana 2026 conference, and advance info about the EFPTA 2028 conference which will take place in Leuven, Belgium.
