The European Society for Psychology Learning and Teaching (ESPLAT) brings together all those involved in psychology education in Europe at all levels, whether teachers, students, researchers, practitioners. Since the Society’s inception in 2017, EFPTA members have contributed to the ESPLAT biennial conferences. In 2025 the Conference took place in Münster, Germany, on 1-3 September 2025, with the theme: “Psychology Learning and Teaching – Scientific Thinking in Challenging Times”.
EFPTA members Lenka Sokolová (Slovakia), Kateřina Machovcová (Czechia) and Machteld Vandecandelaere (Belgium) held symposia highlighting important issues in psychology education in schools, and raising awareness of the work of EFPTA. You can find their presentations on the ESPLAT website.
Look out for the next ESPLAT conference which will be held in České Budějovice, in the Czech Republic, in 2027!
